After having neck/ back pain for a few years due to an injury in the military, i am pain free! After one consultation, PT Brian Schap was able to create a plan & 5/6 weeks of pt the pain is gone! Brian was patient and listened intently, adjusting the plan as needed. Pivot I couldnt thank you enough!
I have a lower back issue that required physical therapy. Elena was highly recommended to me from a friend who had a great experience. Elena was very attentive and focused on my issues. She developed a plan of strength exercises and stretches to begin strengthening my lower back and core. I have completed my sessions and my lower back is doing great. Thank you to Elana and everyone at the first colonial Pivot! I would highly recommend!
When I first came in, I could barely move, but Elena has been an absolute game changer. She’s personable, thorough, and truly dedicated to helping her patients get better. You can tell she loves what she does and takes real pride in seeing progress. Brittany at the front desk is equally wonderful — friendly, organized, and always remembers you by name. The entire staff in the building deserves credit as well. Everyone, even those who aren’t directly working with me, contributes to such a positive, welcoming environment. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for top-notch care and genuine support.
Mr. Brian has been amazing at helping me realize what me weaker areas are and what to do to strengthen them. He shares the medical explanation and how it correlates to my everyday life which has been very helpful. I’ve had an excellent experience here, where foundational physical therapy techniques are combined with a modern approach to help me reach my goals. From the moment you walk in, the entire team—from the friendly front desk staff to the skilled and encouraging physical therapy techs—makes you feel welcome and supported. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality, results-driven care in a positive environment.
I've been to this PT office on 3 different occasions. Every time I have been greeted with the utmost professionalism and friendliness from all staff members and therapists. They care and truly listen to you to help make your recovery a successful journey. Regan and the rest of the team are so knowledgeable and caring. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my physical therapy. Hands down the best team.
