A cosy little spot with amazing food and excellent vegetarian pizza options. The staff is super sweet, Luigi in particular made us feel so welcome. Will definitely be coming back!

Before heading to a club, my friends and I decided to have some aperitifs and pizza. Luigi suggested some flavours, and the drinks arrived very quickly. We had a great time. Definitely will be back.

Have visited serval Pizza Pilgrim branches over the years and my experience at the Soho location was one of the worst. We had booked at table, and on arrival the staff were aware of our booked, but no table had been reserved. This was not a problem for us because the restaurant wasn't busy, however, if we had come at a peak time this may have been a different story. On arrival we were greeted by Luigi and shown to a table at the raised booth, we asked if we could sit at one of the lower tables as sitting at the raised table was not accessible for either of us. Luigi then waved at another table which was situated next to a constantly opening door, breezy, cold, and unpleasant to sit at. At this point we then asked if it would be okay to sit at a table towards the back of the restaurant. This is not something we would have done had the restaurant been busy, but there was only one other occupied table upstairs. Luigi then stated that we could sit downstairs but said he wouldn’t recommend it because the toilet was closed and it was better for us to just sit at one of the two tables we were offered. Luigi did not make us feel welcome at the restaurant, and unfortunately this interaction did cloud the rest of our experience. The food was good but not as stand out as the food I have had at other branches. We ordered the Limited Christmas Pizza, a few starters, and the Rocket Salad. The pizza needed salt, and was quite underwhelming. However, the pistachio tiramisu was gorgeous. Overall it was an average experience, soured by subpar customer service. I will not be returning to this site the next time I am in Soho.

Spend a lovely evening last week. Service was truly fantastic. And gluten free pizza is AMAZING. Luigi was my server and not only was he super friendly and kind- he also treated my gluten allergy very seriously and took time and effort to explain to me in depth their protocols. I felt very safe and in good hands! And not only was the service great, the gluten free pizza was so, so, so delicious. I genuinely loved it more than most “regular” pizzas I had before I was diagnosed. The food and service were so good, that I still think about it like a week and a half later haha. I could not recommend it any more. I know where my first stop will be next time I visit London :)
