You have seen the signs and you know you need a new roof. Where do you start when you are living in a very rural area? PLANET ROOF!! From the beginning to the end of the project this company went above and beyond with expect inspections honest evaluations honest pricing and very personal updates and progress. Picture this. The day before construction the materials and dumpster show up. You go to work the next day and arrive home later to a NEW ROOF!!! Geogeous color you stressed over and perfection clean up by days end.ABSOUTELY UNBELIEVABLE. Then to top it off what a lovely thank you gift arrives. Thank you so much PLANET ROOF! My extreme gratitude for professional job very well done.
From start to finish we were comfortable. The price seemed a little steep, but backed by a 50 year warranty. You really can’t beat it. Michael-Sean Bradshaw is a very high pressured salesman, but he was extremely professional and friendly, and educated us on everything that we needed to know. He gave us a total of three hours of his time and helped us with finding a loan to get a new roof! Everything we were told was gonna happen, happened! It happened very fast and we are extremely happy with the results. The materials were delivered the day before. The crew came at 7:30 AM the next day. And got it done in the same day. The crew that installed the roof was very friendly, and the project manager, Adam was also extremely professional and friendly! The only thing that sucks is they missed a good 35 to 45 nails that I had to comb through with my own magnet on wheels to make sure that none of the kids step on any. If I could do it all over again, I would. Thanks planet roof!
They did my Job on 7 July. On of several Screw up was they used a 10 inch Flat roof Flashing and cut it to fit an 8 inch flue pipe on an angled Roof. Then they tried to Hide it by painting my Stainless Steel Flue pipe. Then the Nailed my Gutter Guards to the Roof. And I had a raise Ridge Vent on my house before they started the job, but put a cheap ridge vent on. I had to fix my Gutters from them having there ladders and bent the brackets. Also they walked on my metal awning over my front porch and caved it in which I also had to fix. So when I brought all this to there attention they promised they would fix everything. BThree different guys came and measured the pipe and promised it would get fixed. So here after 2 and a half Months Its Still Not Fixed. The roof itself is fine but with all the other stuff it's Really Piss Poor Quality work. Had another Contractor come to fix all this and it going to cost another $1700. Not to mention the stuff Iv fixed. They got started quick when I wanted the job done but since then there dragging there feet to fix there Screw ups. Once they get there money, There gone. Anyone that's had there roofs done by these guys sure better look for things they've tried to Hide.
My roof replaced went smoothly. The materials were delivered the day before the install. The crew was here early and ready to go . They really worked as a team , there were six workers and they only stopped for lunch. They were able to do my entire house, garage and shed roof in one day, and clean up !!
The owners of this company and tom Morgan the sales associate were very pleasant and nice but I cannot express how unprofessional this company is. I had my siding done in June 2025. I had got cold feet I wanted to get out of the contract When I called I was told by Joel the owner of the company that my materials were already there so I would have to pay for them but he did work out a deal and took 5000 off the total price. This made me decide to go ahead with the siding as I didn’t wanna pay for materials that I didn’t know what to do with. I didn’t hear anything for weeks until Tom Morgan called me and told me the materials have arrived in the warehouse and asked me which color I was and that they were there. I was under the impression that they had already been there for quite some time so this was quite confusing. So finally the day came inside the house and they told me dates that they were coming and then said they had to reschedule because of shipping issues with my materials, Again I was confused. So I waited and they said it would happen next week but they would confirm I never got a confirmation in a group of men just showed up at my house And started working. I have two dogs and a toddler and they could not have been more disrespectful Of my home and knowing that I have dogs. The first day they left both gates open and my dogs got out three times not to mention the array of Nails and broken product left in my backyard as they were still working with my dog easily could’ve stepped on or my toddler. I told the manager about this and that they needed to fix it he was very apologetic and said that they would do better the next day by closing the gate the next day was no better and they left the gate open and my dogs got out twice. It was almost worse the second day. They left broken siding on the house boxes that were delivered to them on my porch that they never came back for and leftover materials in my yard that I had to call and call to get somebody to come pick up. Upon looking at the finished product there was still a piece of siding that was popped out that was not fully put in so I asked them to come and fix it, It took them four times of telling me that they were coming and never showing up until they finally just showed up and pounded in the siding that was in the front of the house but for some reason they felt the need to open the gate to my backyard which then again my dog escaped. These people were very hard to talk to, was no clear communication It seemed like they were just out for your money. Well I do like the finish product of my house and I think that they did do a good job I will never recommend this company to anyone due to the unprofessionalism and disrespect.
