The owner and his family treated me with the utmost care and best customer service in the Bay area. They were nice and even surprised me how nice they were. I'm only going here from now on. Great prices, great buy back of used phones and good selection on inventory.

TDLR: Phone was severely damaged during screen replacement and they wanted to charge me more to fix the damage they caused. Once I showed hesitancy to pay more, they became disrespectful. They said dealing with me was a waste of time and rudely shooed me away. The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had come in to replace my phone screen on the iPhone 14 Pro. I called them in advance to let them know when I would arrive and they told me it could be done in 30 mins. They replace the screen, but when I arrive home, I notice that my phone is severely overheating (too hot to touch) and has shut down. I was not able to use it for the remainder of the day. I brought it back the next morning as soon as I could (do not have a car and could not call an uber with my phone overheating). They tried another screen before putting my old screen back, but the overheating issue persisted. I was still not able to use the phone. Prior to me bringing the phone, it worked perfectly fine (it just had a cracked screen). They would not help me fix it without charging me another $150 even though there was no overheating issue prior to me bringing in the phone. They damaged the phone during the replacement process and now my phone is completely useless. When I mentioned this politely, they became very aggressive and accused me of being an "unprofitable" customer and "wasting their time". Do not trust the cheap prices here. These guys are two-faced and extremely rude once they realize they messed up and cannot extract more business out of you. I would avoid at all cost.

Just went right now, very quick. They get you right. Good prices and hooked me up with two screen protectors. If you need any kind of repairing I would definitely recommend dropping in to take a look. Really good costumer service, overall I give it a 10/10.
