Chaos and uncleanliness is my review. Came here on MLK holiday- no school. No employee manning the main play area for most of the 2 hrs we were there. Food line was long and ineffective. They had two waterfountains, both not working. Chairs are wooden & painful to sit in. Went in to use the restroom, only 1 working adult toilet. Went in a second time, and found a man in the womens restroom. Dishes were pilled above each trashcan. Area is dicey to park in. Noticed lots of glass on the ground from broken windows and homeless doing homeless activities around the area. Will not be back.
Kiddos will wear their little hearts out til they can't go anymore! Love this place sit back read a magazine, enjoy a cider while kiddos run. Birthday parties here are a blast and reasonably priced. Cute themes rooms. Pizza or snack plates, super well rounded spot and let's parents and kids do their thing.
We had to drive to Vancouver, WA to file some paper work, we decided to stop in Portland on the way home. We found this indoor playground and our girls loved it! We will be coming back to meet our friends from Portland here. Menu is great, they have some healthier options along with pizza and wings. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! They walked us through how to order and were very informative. We will be driving the Hour back to play! Our kiddos loved the castle theme, the pizza and fruit and they also got to stuff a stuffed animal.you can bring your own socks which was really nice and they have on sight parking !
FUN! This place was a great spot for an afternoon with the little ones. The play structure is very large (3 levels) and there is a separate space with air cannons to launch balls back and forth between teams. I really appreciated the little kids area reserved for those 3 and under to play and stay safe. Everything looked in good condition (though a little warm). There was a lot of dust visible in the areas behind nets, but that wasn’t accessible. Staff was very friendly. Looked like there were two birthday parties going on in side rooms. We will be back.
I can’t say enough good things about this place! We had our daughters second birthday here and it was a amazing experience! The room had plenty of space and extra seating right outside of the room. The food was ready on arrival as requested and it was very lovely and yummy! We were checked on multiple times throughout our event and the staff was helpful and friendly. The birthday girl got a free stuffed animal that they stuffed together. They let us put up a table backdrop and balloon arch and then broke down anything we didn’t want to take including the balloon arch it was extremely helpful. The play area is so much fun for both infants/toddlers and older children. I love that they have an adult beverage selection that was a nice option for all the parents they also had yummy non alcoholic beverages (loved the Italian soda!) we had great time we didn’t feel rushed at all (but we were one of the last party’s of the night so that probably helped) thank you guys it’s was such a amazing and memorable experience!
