Playful Pets was incredible with my dog, Dario, during his recent boarding stay! He’s a playful golden doodle with a lot of energy, and the staff made sure he had plenty of fun and social time. I could tell he felt comfortable and cared for right from the start, which really put me at ease while I was out of town. I loved getting updates and knowing he was getting both playtime with other dogs and one-on-one attention from the staff. Dario came home happy and relaxed—thank you, Playful Pets, for taking such good care!🌈🐾

Genuinely some of the best staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I have severe anxiety about boarding facilities and Owen went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and Grimm had the time of her life. I got daily updates even though I was out of service for the majority of her stay. Steve was also in communication with me and sent me photos. Grimm had the best time and I’ve been begging her dad to let me get her a sibling ever since we left. 20/10 stars will be using them for future stays.

Our rescue dog is timid & fearful. We were even more so when boarding him for the first time. What an amazing experience! Everyone was caring, attentive, & helped slowly socialize Finni. They were exceptional in sending us photos & short clips of our boy throughout his stay. Everything was always fresh & clean. Staff took time to allay our concerns and tell us how they address each issue we thought of. On a scale of 1-10, Playful Pets, their owner, Steve, & every one of his wonderful staff rates a 20! Playful Pets, as you know, we are very protective. Each of you were so kind & helped us get over our worries and anxiety over boarding our little boy. You took exceptional care of him and every other dog as if they were your own. We are beyond happy & look forward to a long relationship with our new “family”! We would highly recommend them.

Clean, great communication, easy pickup and drop off, staff are friendly and professional. We board our dog here frequently, and have boarded our dog up to a week. We also do day care about 1-2 times per week. We’ve been going for over a year and refer many friends to playful pets. They do cute seasonal photo shoots and we get updates during longer boardings. We love that they have a large outdoor and indoor space, enough for our crazy hound to do her zoomies and exercise. Our dog can be anxious, and she didn’t do well with some of the other boarding places we tried out in Columbus. Never here! Our dog loves Playful Pets and runs to the back door to get inside and jumps on the staff she’s so excited to see them! Thank you Steve and team!

After trying many different daycares, I finally found one to stick with and that my dog loves! I like that the facility has indoor and outdoor space! The inside is HUGE. Steve is so friendly, and the rest of the staff is super kind. Pricing is fair and packages are great! My dog runs into daycare and sleeps all night after. Absolutely would recommend!
