I highly recommend Bryce. He is an excellent representative of his company and made me feel confident and safe throughout the entire process. After a very stressful experience with mice, Bryce took the time to carefully inspect my home, identify where they were entering through the foundation, and explain everything clearly. His attention to detail made all the difference, and within just a few weeks we were able to get the issue under control. I truly appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, and the peace of mind he provided.
Jordan is so knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. He's the best! His work is thorough and he has been able to find problem areas and fix them every single time. I highly recommend him.
Today I visited my mom at her apartment complex in Waukesha, WI, and had the pleasure of speaking with one of the Plunkett’s Pest Control drivers, Shawn. He was extremely well put together, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions about keeping pests and bugs out. Listening to him talk about Plunkett’s, it was clear he truly takes pride in his job and the work he does. Even though I’m not currently a customer, seeing this level of dedication definitely makes me want to become one.
Artie is very knowledgeable and thorough. He checked the outside around our house for any openings that mice could find a way in. He took care of the ones he found. He set bait traps both inside and out of the house and basement. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained what next steps would be. He returned the next week and checked all of the traps and restocked them with bait. I feel like we are in very good hands with Artie and have already seen big improvements in the number of rodents, even after his first visit. So glad to have him and his knowledge and determination to rid our home of these rodents!!
The under porch/deck fencing looks great! Drew and Kree did an excellent job. They were professional, kind, on time, and excellent communicators. They worked all day in the rain and I appreciate it so much! Looks awesome and I had a great experience working with them.
