The space is clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed, with a very authentic Japanese atmosphere. The staff were professional, attentive, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The massage was deeply relaxing and well-executed, and the ganban-yoku session was incredibly soothing and helped us fully unwind.
