Went there for 1 as website said glow bowling started at noon on saturdays. Got there and sign was on door stating open bowling at 330, asked if I could book for 330, person working there said yes. Wasted my afternoon waiting around the mall and area because my son wanted to bowl. Go back at 330 and was told now could bowl until after 4. They clearly have no communication. I went there because I had been there in the past and enjoyed it but probably won't be back

A nice place to take your kids to go bowling as an old retro arcade. It has a Pac-Man and a couple pinball games. One Pinball Pirates of the Caribbean another's Harley Davidson

I was there yesterday with my five year old daughter around 3 pm. The old guy over there was a horrible, rude, grouchy guy. He totally spoiled our mood. I was teaching my daughter how to throw the ball. The ball is very heavy. This grumpy grouchy guy comes in the middle of the first ball and scolds me that I haven’t paid for it, so I should not be there. They charge $12 per person per half hour. I am in my bare feet and not wrecking their precious bowling floor. It’s highly overpriced for a little child! How can you expect the little child to know how to play until and unless you teach them? Who so ever is this guy, he should be fired, or taught some sense how to talk politely to their customers. We are bringing them business. We are not using their bowling centre for free. We are coming there to have a happy time with our child, not to see his rude, unhappy face, nor hear his taunting harsh words. Poor customer service. Very unpleasant experience! The staff is very racist and very disrespectful, with zero experience and knowledge of customer service. U go to any other place, right away they say hi, how is it going, u go here, their people are thinking, why the heck are they here. I think they try their level best to annoy their customers so they will never wanna come back again. Wasted our money yesterday. And my daughter asking mama how do I do. This business should be closed if they have zero ethics to run it
