A huge thank you to PontK9 for taking excellent care of our dog! We highly recommend their dog boarding services! Our baby boy Troy is walked by Prys regularly during the working week. We felt very guilty leaving Troy for 2 weeks to go on our honeymoon (having never left him for this long before). However, we knew that he would be in the best hands! - We were so right! Prys at PontK9 is not only experienced and attentive but truly passionate about dogs. As Prys walks Troy regularly, he is very aware of Troy’s habits, quirks and cheeky side. Prys still took the time to understand Troy’s home routine so that he could best adapt to what he is used to, to make his stay comfortable and stress-free. We received regular updates, including photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Troy went out on his daily walks with his friends and enjoyed cuddle time with extra cuddles when in the house. Troy even developed a close relationship with the gorgeous Ifor (Prys’ dog) which meant he had a buddy to play with at all times. Troy came home happy and healthy with an extra spring in his step! He clearly had a blast during his ‘Honeymoon Staycation’ playing with the other dogs and getting plenty of exercise and attention - The photos say it all! You can tell that PontK9 goes above and beyond to create a home-away-from-home for every dog they care for. If you're looking for a trustworthy, caring, and top-tier boarding service, PontK9 is the one! A HUGE thank you to Prys and the PonkK9 team for making our day by chaperoning the main man Troy to the wedding. Troy got collected,walked, taken for a wash / trim. Then got Prys and himself dressed and to the ceremony early for many photos a Meet and Greet! Such a special occasion and thanks for making it so effortless having Troy to celebrate our special day!! We cant recommend the wedding chaperone service enough. Made such easy of potential stressful day. Thanks to you all 💝

Exceptional Dog Walking Service! I've been using PontK9 for Caffrey's thrice-weekly hour-long pack walks, and I'm beyond impressed! Rob, our walker, isn't just doing a job; he genuinely adores Caffrey as much as we do. He takes incredible photos of Caffrey during the walks, which are always a joy to see. More importantly, he's been fantastic in building Caffrey’s confidence and discipline, especially with on-lead behavior and return commands. Rob's dedication and skills have made a noticeable difference, and I can’t recommend PontK9 enough. If you're looking for someone who will care for your dog as their own, look no further.

We have been using PontK9 for 3 years now for regular walking services and more recently, day care and overnight boarding. They are wonderful! They always treat our dog as if their own, taking her to a variety of places and giving her a thorough run out so that she always comes home tired and happy. We have never been let down when it comes to us having had to make last minute plans or changes and they are discreet and trustworthy. Highly recommend them without hesitation! 5* for sure!
