We had a great experience at Potts N Paints! The owner was so patient and kind! I went in to make a fingerprint turkey platter with my 4 small children and the owner helped us through the entire process. She was warm and helpful with my small children and came up with creative ways for them to express themselves with their paintings. Would 10000% recommend.
Had an awesome time with my best friend there tonight! Madison was super helpful when either of us had some problems with our pottery pieces. I can't wait to see how they turn out!
Had my daughter's birthday party at the Chesapeake location, and everything and everyone completely exceeded my expectations! If you are looking for a party place, I can't recommend this enough! From the first phone call, where Marissa answered all of my questions, to the second and third where I made my deposit and checked on things the week of the party...the customer service was wonderful. When we arrived, our party helper Grace even helped us carry things in and helped set up. When it came time to clean up, they helped with that too. The room was perfect for a party, with a table along one wall, three tables in the middle, and seats along another wall. The bathroom down the hall was clean and had a step stool for little ones. The ceramic selection was varied, and it appealed to the kids and adults. Both had fun painting with all the brushes and colors. The whole process left me, my daughter, and our guests very happy. Thank you so much!
Had fun making my mug but I believe the studio fee per person is a bit much.The mug was 25 plus the studio fee.A bit pricey but fun.
Wonderful place and very helpful and friendly staff. First time,but definitely not the last.
