A good 50-60% of the games were out of order. Lazer tag was also closed. Spent $80 on 2 cards anticipating a good time but struggled to spend the cards playing the same games over and over due to all the out of order games. The prize store looked empty like the place is struggling to stay open. They should step up there game or just close the place. My suggestion is to take a look around before you buy any game cards.
Very expensive for the gokarts which is why we even came to power play. It was fun though. The games inside are all working and lots of fun. The bumper cars was too short of a ride but still good. The green dragon Rollercoaster was so much faster and more fun than I thought it would be getting on it. Overall, id for certain go again. Cafe was out of service but that's OK because we weren't going to eat there anyway. Updated Review Went again on New Year's Day. Still no service at the bar/grill area. So many games took credits but wouldn't play the game. That's theft. Height restrictions on the gokarts is too strict. Bring the pedals up if needed but kids are short. Not sure we will be back.
The rides were great for kids, but we lost a lot of points on broken machines when playing games. The pizza was generic and the sausage on them looked generic. I question the cleanliness of everything. One fountain machine was broken and the straw holder didn't work. All in all, just enough done and going to keep it open. The staff was friendly.
This has to be the worst Entertainment Center I've been to ever. Staff was friendly and thats the only positive. Redemption claw games where you win a prize look like they were last filled years ago. The prize room looks like the place is going out of buisness. The good Karts are slow, shakey, and not fun. The game floor is so oddly placed and looks like it been selling of games its so empty. The games are horrible maintained. We were playing a shooter game for example and the targeting was so off that it was just a waste of credits. The whole place from tables to games just seems like a low budget hotel that no one cares about maintenance or quality. Went with friends and their son.. would never go back.
This place is awesome! So much fun! 🎡🎢 They have a great variety of activities for all ages—go-karts, classic rides like the Tilt-A-Whirl, bumper cars, a Ferris wheel, carousel, and even a roller coaster! For the more adventurous, there’s a zip line that adds an extra thrill to the day. There are also tons of games to play and they have food also to keep you going between all the fun. Whether you’re looking for a family day out or just want to feel like a kid again, this place has something for everyone. Highly recommend checking it out!
