Went to Powerwash in Fort Worth to get fittings for my bleach system. Henry, Allan, and Isaiah were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took the time to walk me through everything I needed and helped me properly set up the system. Great customer service and a solid experience overall. Highly recommend working with them.
Ordered almost $500 worth of items and were told they were not in stock and they didn't expect to receive them. A month after asking them to refund our money, I filed a dispute with our credit card company.
Terrible purchasing experience - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Ordered a WW3128 28" spray bar and received a WW300-2 19" spray bar with a packing slip showing the correct part number. Sent an email to their info account and received no reply. Called and emailed two different sales people who said they'd get me RMA information only to receive a generic UPS email and no callback. Sent the incorrect item back then after no contact for another week, I had to follow-up to see when I would receive the correct part. Then get told by a third sales person that the correct part is not in stock and no longer manufactured. Supposedly I'll get a refund, but who knows? EDIT: Refund received
I recently ordered Three Bottles of the AR Triplex Pump Oil only One of them arrived to my shipping address I contacted them from a text message I received letting them know the issue and the gentleman who answered stated he sees the problem we only had One in stock I will resend you the missing Two Bottles ASAP. Thanks..!!! Well It's been a Month Now with no Missing Bottles Received at my Shipping Address. I am outraged with the way this company conducts business. We work hard for our Money they are Thief's in my opinion. I will no longer do Business with Them. Thumbs Down
