Awesome professional service. The building has great parking. The interior is a professional physiotherapy operation with several bays and therapeutic beds. The therapists are equally professional and obviously impeccably trained. My therapist, Jessalynn, is completely competent and trustworthy. Sessions are followed up with an email with links to exercise videos and supporting documentation. It’s fantastic and so helpful. I’ve had two sessions and I’m already seeing an improvement with my ailing wrist. I wholeheartedly recommend this business.

The physiotherapy was good in the beginning, but I later decided not to come back. Each session is only around 15minutes, and another 5minutes of heat pad. Very little time with a therapist at a high fee. No wonder the therapist's time is not really booked up most of the day. Not a surprise. I would suggest either lowering the fee for your 15-minute session, or doing a 30-minute session. It's too little time to address anything. Also I wasted $89 when a student came in. I understand students need to learn. I am happy whenever there's a student in my past therapy experience, but I think the rate should be titrated based on students' experiences, or it needs to be a longer session (also usually students don't get paid, which is sad), or the real therapist should come in to help out. It was the worst manual therapy I ever had with that student, and the physiotherapist didn't come to help out after the students didn't do much for me. Very disappointing after going for a few sessions. I changed to another place with a slightly lower rate and get 30 minutes per session.

I’ve had a great experience with Humna so far as my physiotherapist, she's been incredibly thorough and supportive in helping me manage my knee pain. She takes the time to explain each exercise and treatment, which makes me feel confident and informed throughout the process. I’ve already noticed meaningful improvement, and I genuinely appreciate the professionalism and care.

After a work injury in June, I came here based on other reviews and was not disappointed. Kirsten was my athletic therapist the entire time, and was the first person to find the root of the injury. (The first doctor I had seen had not.) Under WCB, I was there for 5 months and my improvement meant I could decline surgery. Kirsten was very knowledgeable (aside from the fruit of our efforts, I poked her brain!), and was great to work with. I look to go back for follow ups. Thank you Kirsten - Merry Christmas!

Dynamic, fun, detailed, thorough. My initial session was sincerely awesome. I left feeling heard and informed, (armed with exercises that we did together & then they supervised me to ensure I knew & executed them well); left feeling hopeful for better mobility & healing (susanne hooked me up with an app where she can follow my progress between visits) and looking forward to next session! (I came home & my husband said “you are walking normally!) I’ve been in pain for a few months but today there was a marked difference. It is no wonder that Susanne was highly recommended! I agree!
