I highly recommend this company as it's my second time using them. Today my technician was Alexander. He was prompt, professional, patient and polite and answered all my questions and concerns. He went over the pricing and recommended service throughly and presented the detailed invoice to me before the garage door service was done. There were no hidden charges. I will definitely continue using this company for my future garage service needs.
Two Precision sales consultants came to my home to give me an estimate for a new garage door. Both of them had different quotes. I agreed to work with the first sales consultants who never returned my calls. When the second consultant came out and sent his estimate he wouldn’t return my calls or text messages. Finally I called to speak with the managers who worked with me to buy the garage door. For this reason, Precision didn’t receive a five star rating due to the poor sales consultants and their pool follow up with the potential customers. Lastly, the manager that I spoke with was professional and he handled the business tasks with me. Also, the installer were great too.✅. The garage door is nice!
About a month ago I called to have a service tech come out to check my garage door. The techs name is Bishop Garcia. A bracket started cracking where the gdo connects to the garage door. I was told a temp repair could be done but it'll probably crack again. He released the garage manually and showed me it was very hard to pull up. It should be easy. I tried it and it was hard to pull up, open. I decided to have the everything changed because the temp repair costed 20% the amount of changing out the whole garage parts etc. Plus the temp repair wouldn't last. Bishop started taking pictures of my whole garage setup. He said 3 to 5 weeks for everything to come in. I gave the ok and I paid the deposit. It took a month and had my appointment set up. 2 techs came Brandon Wood and another tech. He said about 3 hours to do the job and sure enough he was right. He called me to let me know they were almost done. So I went to check it out. Brandon showed me how everything worked. I was very happy about the installation. My garage now closes very smooth and it's very very quiet. It has the MyQ set up and my previous set up had it too. So it was a breeze for myself to set it up to the app on my phone. This company is first rate. Javier and his crew were professional and cordial and installed my new door quickly and efficiently and set it up to open completely. So I could get my car in the garage with my surfboard racks and board on top. Great job guys! I took the liberty to customize the windows!
Absolutely delighted with the service I got from Precision Garage door. They replaced my 30 year old garage door opening system with a silent, safe and efficient new system. My service provider, Daniel, was terrific. Gave me three options and I chose the top one. So glad I did. The opening and closing of the door is so quiet.
