My son has been going to this studio for almost two years, and it has truly been one of the best decisions we’ve made for him. I originally wanted him to learn self-defense, but what he’s gained goes far beyond that. He’s developed discipline, learned how to set and achieve goals, and built real self-motivation. Most importantly, his confidence has grown tremendously—both inside and outside the studio. The instructors create a supportive, encouraging environment that brings out the best in their students, and we couldn’t be happier with the impact this program has had on our son. This studio is a family, and they treat you as such.
5 stars – Precision Martial Arts BJJ My 14-year-old daughter has been training BJJ at Precision Martial Arts for two years, and honestly, at this point I’m convinced she could choke me out for fun if she wanted to. Luckily, the coaches here are too good at teaching discipline, respect, and self-control… so I remain un-strangled. The staff and instructors welcome her every single time like she’s part of a giant, sweaty, extremely wholesome family. She’s learned real confidence, real endurance, what hard work actually looks like, and how to get back up when something knocks you down (literally… this is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu after all). If you’re looking for a place where your kid can learn BJJ, get stronger inside and out, and be surrounded by genuinely encouraging, high-quality people, this is it. She absolutely loves it, and I love seeing who she’s becoming because of it. Highly recommend Precision Martial Arts for anyone considering BJJ. You’ll thank yourself later… and your kid might even stop arm-barring their siblings on the couch. (No promises.)
Great for beginning kids, easy going teachers work with the kids, and help them learn at their pace. Less strict and more understanding, but does encourages following rules and teaches kids options in real life situations.
The instructor makes the drills easy to understand and fun for the kids to execute. Plus the instructor emphasized the importance of staying focused and disciplined in the code of class conduct.
We have only been going to PMA for a few months now and I just love it. The passion the instructors have helping their students grow is so wonderful to see. You can see that they truly care about the wellbeing of the students and keep them excited to continue. Adam, the owner, is so kind and has some great team members by his side.
