AVOID THIS SERVICE. ITS A RIP OFF. THEY DON'T HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE TO FIX ANYTHING. CAME TO MY HOUSE TO FIX TV. TOOK THE 89 DOLLARS FEE AND DIDN'T HAVE CHANGE FOR 100. TOOK PART OUT OF TV PROBABLY TO SELL TO SOMEONE ELSE. AVOIDED MY CALLS SINCE THANKSGIVING. Let's join together to end this false business.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TV REPAIRS! I reached out in December to have my TV repaired. Repair man came out on the 21st and took a piece of my TV with him to repair. He returned on the 23rd to put the part back in and see if the issue was fixed. It wasn’t. He informed he will take the part back to his office, make additional repairs and return on the 24th. I haven’t seen him since. It is now January 9th. I’ve attempted several times to request a refund of my money (I paid prior to tech returning to my home on the 23rd) and to have the part be returned but haven’t heard anything back. Do not trust this company.
Initially I was impressed with the communication to set the appointment. On the day of my appointment (which was supposed to be from 11-2) the technician Nate texted me at 1 stating he would be about an hour late. After waiting around and still not hearing anything, I reached out at after 4pm asking was he still coming. It was then that he said no and could I reschedule for the next day. I am active duty military and took the day off to be at home and available for this repair. Not to mention I texted asking if he was available to come on Tuesday as I could not take that next day off and was left with no response. This was highly UNPROFESSIONAL and a major inconvenience to me. There have been several reviews complaining about their communication and I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Lesson learned.
No caigas en la trampa de la reseña de casi 5 estrellas que Google publica de este negocio como yo hice!!! El técnico de Precision TV ha ido y venido de la casa de mi mamá al menos tres veces desde el 8 de mayo y todavía no ha reparado nuestro Samsung TV. Es julio y todavía no tenemos imagen en nuestra TV. Nate nos dijo que se necesitaba una pieza distinta de una lámpara, y le pagamos para que la pidiera. Dos semanas después volvió para instalar la pieza y dijo que tampoco funcionaba. Supongo que la herramienta de soldadura que usó tampoco funcionó. Dijo que pediría otra cosa que costaría más dinero. Mi madre tiene 75 años y su TV es su principal fuente de entretenimiento. Así que estar sin su TV durante 2 meses es angustiante. Hice un seguimiento el 25 de junio y todavía no he recibido una respuesta sobre cuándo regresaría. Todo lo que puedo decir es que, a estas alturas, esto tiene que ser el peor servicio de reparación de TV imaginable. Creo que habríamos estado mejor yendo con Geek Squad desde el principio!!!! ¡Ahorra tu dinero y un montón de molestias evitando esta compañía! ¡Luego, el buzón de voz siempre está lleno cuando llamas y no tienen sitio web!!! ¡Me pondré en contacto con el Better Business Bureau de inmediato!
Recomendaría a Nate a cualquiera que lo necesite - muy profesional, agradable y con una gran capacidad de comunicación. Pudo arreglar mi televisión y volveré a llamar a Nate si alguna vez necesito que arregle una televisión.
