We had the honor of having Premier cater our wedding and do desserts for us! We did a buffet style dinner and they had a specific person reserved for us the bride and groom who brought us our food, appetizers and filled our champagne glasses. It was incredibly considerate and we really felt special and taken care of. The food was absolutely incredible! They were extremely responsive and made changes quickly when we needed to update. Would recommend this caterer for any and all events!

My husband and I booked Premier for our wedding catering and bar service, and they were amazing! The customer service throughout the entire process was superb. They accommodated allergies and special plates without any issues. Everything was very organized and ran smoothly on the wedding day. The bar service was also fantastic, and I never had to worry about running out of alcohol. Highly recommend! 🥂

While our wedding itself was beautiful, the service from this company was extremely disappointing and caused significant stress. The bar setup was incorrect — twice — even though a revised setup was reviewed and confirmed the day prior to the wedding. That change was only necessary because a coordinator misrepresented how the original setup would look, failed to send a requested photo after our tasting, and ignored follow-up requests until payment was due. The chargers, plates, and goblets provided were not what we selected or contracted for. While they may have been considered an upgrade, they were not what we approved. Most concerning, despite clearly communicating a gluten allergy before dinner service, my husband was still served pasta, which could have resulted in a serious health issue. Communication issues began well before the wedding day and were so poor that I warned my wedding coordinator in advance that I was expecting problems. Given the cost of these services, this experience was unacceptable. I would strongly encourage future couples to consider this before booking.
