I spoke to someone over the phone got a quote .. got in store and was upcharged due to colleagues budding in and saying there were “Two Screens” on a IPAD which i called apple and they 100% said wasn’t true. I’ve called over the course of 2 days explaining issue as well as generation to confirm price. Very inconvenient considering i am a streamer for a LIVING and quite literally use the ipad for business . the repair was the same price as a brand new ipad you may as well go elsewhere fr.
Quick, respectful, and good at their job. I went in because of technical difficulties. They were able to identify my phone's make at a glance, and its issue just as fast.
Good customer service, I do want to say What u pay IS what you get. They fixed my phone fast HOWEVER now when I call people, They can hear the videos I'm watching because my mic is picking up on my speaker. And my up volume button does NOT work and my bottom one works half of the time. Neither of these things were issues previously. Honestly spend the $50 more and get it fixed right unless ur down BAD. This was a while ago, I just now got around to review since the volume button reminded me and is getting worse, I never took it back to be fixed since I was on the bus at that time and didn't want to take another 2 hour ride.
I walked in, wasn't greeted or acknowledged, and walked up to the counter and told them I was looking for a [USBC]charger [with a USB port], really didn't know the names of them at the time- but I showed the sales associate the device that needed to be charged [an iPad]. He handed me one USBC charger that didn't have a USB port at the other end so I asked for the correct size and he sold one to me; IT DID NOT FIT OR WORK! So, now I gotta lug myself back here to return this- I refuse to waste my money! Needless to say, I'm very disappointed in my first interaction at this business- was looking forward to supporting small, local businesses- but won't be coming back for a charger ever again. Attached to this review is proof of purchase and a demonstration of a working outlet- showing the charger not working on my ipad.
