We have been taking our puppy here since the moment he was fully vaccinated. They make our dog feel like the most special boy in the whole world. He loves going so much he practically drags me there every morning.

We dropped off four dogs in total. Within an hour was called that one of the dogs "charged" at their staff at drop off. I was at the drop off and didn't witness any of that. The dog in question is a 25 lb dog and has no history of aggression. I asked to give it some time as it was her first time being boarded and after two hours was called to pick her up. No big deal, we picked her up and made different accommodations. After a week, picked up the other three dogs and two of the three came back bleeding. No communication whatsoever beforehand. Was told at pick up that he was "difficult." He is 22lbs and has no history of that either. Taking him to vet less than 24 hours after picking up due to the neglect at boarding. Affordable pricing for boarding is absolutely not worth the headache. They said they offered the dog in question the Bordetella vaccine and no paperwork was provided of that either.

My puppies, Puma and Koda, recently stayed at Preppy Pet St. Petersburg, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was warm, attentive, and clearly cared about the pets in their care. The facility was clean, well-organized, and offered plenty of playtime and comfort. Both pups came home happy, relaxed, and well taken care of. I especially appreciated the flexible options and affordable pricing. Big thanks to the team for treating Puma and Koda like family — we’ll definitely be back!

My dog Ansel loves coming here for daycare and boarding. He is always excited to see the staff and loves playing with his furry friends. The staff is always courtous and friendly and its obvious they care about your pet as if they were their own. I cant say enough about how much Ansel and I love Preppy Pet St Pete and the staff who takes good care of my baby. Highly recommended!

We absolutely love boarding our Yorkie, Max here. We also bring him in for daycare a few times a month. He is usually not a fan of other dogs and can be very fearful and reclusive. We have tried to have him socialized at other daycare facilities, without much success. Preppy pet is the first daycare facility where Max has felt truly comfortable and he is always excited to see his favorite crew members. They treat him like one of their own and we are more than happy with our experience so far. Mad Max says thanks and he can't wait to see y'all again!
