Great gym & trainers in Miami. I worked out with trainer Paulo during my vacation in Miami. It was terrific 💯. The gym is well equipped and Paulo led me through 2 challenging full body sessions. If lived here, I would would be a regular client. Thanks Richard ( owner) and Paulo ☀️

Great gym, with all the right tools and equipments for a great workout, and affordable membership!
I couldn’t find the gym immediately, because Google Maps takes you to the hotel next door, but after walking around a bit, you find it by going up these stairs on the left side of the hotel. This is a cute gym spot. You definitely feel the Miami heat inside, but it makes the workout so much better, if you ask me. They have a good variety of different machines you can use. I was only there for one visit, but will definitely come back again, once I’m in town!
