Fabulous staff... they are all smiley and friendly. The food is delicious. I just wish the toilet wasn't upstairs as I have a busted knee and so climbing stairs is too difficult. For this reason I had to leave earlier than I wished.

Came here for my friendaversary, staff was absolutely amazing. Basheer was our main sever today but all other staff were incredible- so warming and helpful made our anniversary so much sweeter. He was quite happy to assist me and my friend on options as we are extremely indecisive people and had answers for recommendations at an instant. Thank you so much! I rate this place a 5/5 for food options, friendly staff and the atmosphere was so warm and happy for our 18:00 booking. Basheer was also full of jokes and assistance. Will be coming again soon- We hope to meet Basheer and team again as they made our experience amazing happy time to remember.
We visited Prezzo in the central Cardiff mall and, first and foremost, the service was very good. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout, which made the experience genuinely pleasant. The food itself was a bit of a mixed bag. It was fairly clear that much of it was frozen or pre-prepared, the cubed turkey on the pizza, the mozzarella sticks, and likely the pizza dough as well. That said, despite this, the food was actually quite enjoyable and tasted better than expected. Where it fell down was value for money. We spent close to £60 for two starters, two mains, and one beer, which feels steep for what is clearly largely frozen food. The biggest disappointment was the burger: priced at £14 and not served with fries. At that price point, fries really should be included, and their absence felt unreasonable. Overall, a pleasant visit thanks to great service and decent-tasting food, but the pricing doesn’t quite match the quality or portion expectations.
Every time we have come here so far we have been served by Darnell, who is so friendly and welcoming, he definitely makes the experience more special and fun. The food is also amazing (the king prawn and salmon pasta is my favourite). Always a lovely atmosphere here, and Darnell is definitely a huge reason why! Thank you.
