I Hired this firm after a car accident on Nov 6, 2024. As of Jan 23, 2026, nothing has been done on my case. Repeated attempts to contact the assigned paralegal have been ignored. The few responses I received were excuses ranging from “we can’t get medical records” to blaming a “government shutdown,” which is unacceptable. The last email I received from the paralegal was condescending and damn near rude. This firm shows a complete lack of communication and follow-through. My biggest mistake was contracting these people. Active-duty service members: look elsewhere.

I was in an accident about a year and a half ago, and from the very first phone call, everyone I spoke with at Price Benowitz made me feel heard and informed. The intake person was professional and clear about what to expect, and when I was first connected with Cynthia, she helped get things moving. Over the holidays, my case transitioned to Ethan, and that’s really when things hit their stride. Ethan was phenomenal — genuinely one of the most attentive, grounded, and easy-to-talk-to people I’ve ever worked with. We had regular check-ins (sometimes weekly), and he always made sure I knew where things stood. He was patient when I had questions, quick to follow up when something needed attention, and just an overall calming presence through what was a very stressful process. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with genuine empathy, but Ethan did exactly that. He was the person I leaned on throughout my recovery and the legal process — and he never dropped the ball once.
