I made my purchase online with the help of Kelly. Her customer service was great helped me find what I was looking for even got a discount. Once my furniture was delivered and I check for damaged or missing parts as directed I began to test out my new recliners. I received one in box not put together and one wrapped in plastic already together which I assumed was a display which I knew would end up being bad for me. I put the one in box together works like a charm, unwrap the one in plastic feels great looks fine no VISIBLE damage. Once I was done and went to close the recliner back in place it kept popping back up. Guessing the locking mechanism was damaged. Called this location was told to email customer service because they dont handle issues in store aka (its your problem now). It has been a week now and Ive emailed the customer service center 3 times now NO response. Called the store was told oh there on vacation, so why wasnt I told this the first time I called about the issue. Now im stuck with a couch that doesn’t properly work that I paid my hard earn money for. So my advice to current and future shoppers if you have a choice do not purchase display furniture or request to not get display furniture because something is bound to happen and once they have your money they could care less about fixing it. Wish I was told that one half of my recliner set would be the display piece. Very disappointed!!!
I went on New Year’s Eve to prepare for my move, and Tamira was professional, patient and helpful in comparing items. She was great with communicating as setting up delivery once I had a move in date. I paid off the lease and went back to her to order the remaining items to fully furnish my home. I am so happy and grateful with the outcome. I would recommend Price Busters if you are on a budget but want nice looking good quality furniture. The delivery service is fast , friendly and careful with your Furniture. My children love the Quad bunkbed and I am enjoying my chaise lounge to read in. I am in the process of putting together my Queen platform bed frame and headboard.
I walked in everybody had their faces in their phones, received very dry greeting. I will say they do have very nice furniture, some good prices, Jamal assisted me. I bought dresser with mirror, 2 night stands, chest and TV stand. They charge $90 delivery fee as well, My overall shopping experience was good. I appreciate Jamal for being patient and nice.
TAMIRA was EXCELLENT! I purchased a bedroom set from here a couple years back and wanted to purchase the remaining items. Mind you I’m at work trying to do all of this. She was very patient and professional even though i kept missing her calls with updated information and not responding in a timely fashion. Everything was super easy and super quick! 10/10 would definitely recommend. UPDATE: This part of the review is just based on DELIVERY, 0/10 would not recommend. Man was rude i believe his name was Cam. Called me 10 mins before he arrived to my new house where i don’t reside because it’s be ing renovated. I was told they call you 1 hour before they arrive. Long story short he left the furniture outside with no signature and told me he could’ve made other stops if i wasn’t going to be there. UPDATE: Delivery Driver Cam forged my signature and left two damaged nightstands that can’t be replaced. I’ve asked for a copy of this signed released and still did not receive it.So now I’ve paid a thousand dollars for 2 nightstands i can’t use and there’s nothing they will do to compensate. Don’t waste you time or money here.
Tia and Brett have amazing customer service! Tia helped me pick out the perfect dinning table chairs for my table. Brett was patient with me and ensured me that I would receive my chairs on time and I did! Super fast delivery l, received my chairs in only 3 days!
