The staff is very friendly, I feel very comfortable any time I come. They always take into consideration my concerns and work with me on scheduling. I’ve been getting pretty good results too! 10/10 recommend!
I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I barely had any hair to begin with, and after multiple treatments, there has been absolutely no change. Their machine simply doesn’t work. It feels like a fraud and a waste of money. To be clear, the staff at my location are amazing — they are kind, professional, and not at fault. The problem is with the machine and the corporation behind it. I have called multiple times asking to speak with a supervisor at the corporate office, and no one has ever called me back. That says a lot about how little accountability the company takes. I’ve had laser done before at other places and saw real results, so I know what to expect. Here, nothing happened. For a business with so many 5-star reviews, it’s shocking that the results don’t match the reputation. Future clients deserve to know the truth before spending their money here.
