We selected Prime to find and place tenants for our single family rental property in Oakland. Briana was Prime's agent that worked with us. She did an excellent job! Briana is knowledgeable, answering all questions accurately and completely. She is prompt, responding to text messages and phone calls quickly. She knows the business and provides solid and sound input and feedback. She is personable, polite, thoughtful and professional. I highly recommend her!
Prime locations, excellent staff members. My experience working with this company was a level of resident care that surpasses all others. Carmen Reyes Community Director at Reserve Walnut Creek engages her residents in their community with a easy life style philosophy. She goes well beyond the standard practices. I've been working with Micelia at Prime Property Management through the process of renting a new apartment over the past few weeks. She has been extremely responsive (even on nights and weekends), super helpful and very transparent in guiding me through the application and approval process. Thank you so much for helping me to secure a lovely new home!
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY GROUP! This is the WORST renting experience of my life! The apartment I moved in to was so dirty! Despite asking for it to be cleaned prior to move in, I walked in to find FECES in my toilet. When I complained they promised me that the apartment was cleaned. The shower rod and hooks in this apartment are the dirtiest I have ever seen in my life. It is clear that this place has not been deep cleaned in years. I also have garbage included in my lease, and it is 17 days after move in and I still do not have a garbage can. My refrigerator is rusted and I was promised it would be replaced prior to move in. It was meant to be replaced this morning between 8am and 10am and it is now 10:05am and they have not arrived, or responded to my calls/texts. I switched my shift to make this work and got up at 7am for absolutely no reason. Prime Property Group NEVER answers their phone. It goes straight to voice mail every time. I have never been able to talk to anyone on the phone and no one would do a walk through of the apartment with me, ever. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Prime Property Group takes advantage of renters.
