We usually eat here a few times a year. Food is always good, staff is friendly, noise depends on time of day / day of the week it seems. Can't recommend mixed drinks, I ordered an Amaretto sour last time and it was like drinking straight from the bottle. So strong, I could smell it as soon as it was brought to the table. It's not a difficult mix, so I'm not sure why it was done incorrectly. My fiancé ordered a simple Jack and Coke, and it was also extremely strong. But if you just want sushi, we've never had an issue! It's always good!
I really enjoyed my meal! The service was excellent and fast. I enjoyed how well my sushi and fried rice was executed. The combo fried rice tasted similar to Benihana just less garlicky. The crab rangoon flavors were well balanced. I loved the mixed vegetable tempura with the slightly sweet sauce 10/10. Everything was executed very well!
Always fantastic! I still think for value, quality, taste, and service, they are the best in the city. We have only dined in, but they do a ton of take-out out/pick up, so it must keep pretty well. The place does so many things right. Great place for 2 or 20, too!
My kiddos and I ate here earlier this month and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, and our waitress was very thoughtful and kind. Some of the best sushi around. My son enjoyed the teriyaki chicken and rice. Thank you for being so kind and amazing to this momma and her babies. ❤️
What are these HUGE chunks of sashimi? Who is cutting your fish? Sashimi is supposed to be thinly sliced. I couldn’t even eat it. I ordered a spicy shrimp hand roll with soy paper and added avocado. They couldn’t bother to actually mix the shrimp with the Sriracha, so they put a big blob on top instead with a tiny slice of avocado as a garnish. What is going on here? I paid $40 for this? It was disgusting. Had they put more thought into the presentation it would’ve tasted 10 times better. I used to really like this place and their specialty rolls, but this was not it.
