Service was Ok and Kimmy was helpful. However, what was inexcusable was the bars that were delivered to our event space being damaged, with a black line down the center. Only giving two stars because they did promptly refund for these rentals and the other items we had were in much better shape. As a whole, we would not recommend them based on these bars alone.

We have been using Primtime rentals for our Fish Fry for several years. All of their staff is extremely professional, and whenever we have had I need, they are always able to bring extra, a replacement, or offer a price adjustment. We have found their prices to be competitive, and they are always willing to work with our changing needs.

I have been fortunate to have worked with Prime Time for the past 2 1/2 years. They are my go to event rental place. they have a huge supply of everything I need to host a successful event. Staff is always responsive to our needs and their prices are very good. They have bailed me out a number of times when I had last minute needs. A can't miss operation.

I initially made a request for an event for tables and chairs. I received an invoice from one person in Dayton and then an email from Kimmy in Cincinnati that they were booked for the month of September. I emailed the person I received the invoice from and she told me that they could accommodate my request. Not sure where the disconnect was there. The day before my event I picked up my rentals and the items were a MESS. There were stickers of a past event on the chairs, a mystery sticky substance on at least 4 of the tables and a sticky substance on the chairs. Shop around at other places before considering this place. If you do decide on this place Make extra time to clean up the rentals as I don’t think they do any inventory on the rentals once they receive them back. Very tacky.

Alquilamos varias mesas y sillas para una fiesta de graduación en mayo. Aunque las mesas, sillas y la mantelería estuvieron bien, el servicio fue terrible. Nos dijeron que la hora de entrega sería como máximo a las 12:00 para una fiesta a las 6:00 p.m. Después de varias llamadas, nos dijeron finalmente que su camión se había averiado y que estarían aquí a las 5:45. Sin problema, ¿pasan cosas, verdad? Bueno, según el conductor/trabajadores no hubo avería, ni siquiera fueron notificados de la entrega hasta casi las 5...hmmm. Nuestros invitados que llegaron temprano estaban ayudando a montar las mesas - no es exactamente lo que quieres para una fiesta con una carpa blanca. Las mesas y sillas estuvieron afuera en nuestro jardín durante casi 3 días hasta que finalmente las recogieron. Sumado a esto, nos estuvieron cobrando durante varios meses un 'pago vencido' en una factura que se pagó antes de la entrega, y ya puedes empezar a imaginar nuestra frustración con la empresa. Cuando mi esposa preguntó por algún ajuste o gesto de buena fe por la entrega tardía, solo recibimos otra factura. Olvídalo. Hay demasiadas otras empresas para alquilar; mi sugerencia sería que las uses.
