Friendly, fast and reliable. Great at troubleshooting what could possibly be the issue with my no start on the 4x4 suburban that was towed. Great pricing and kept me updating on travel time. Will always be my first choice.
Jesse was great. I tried calling a few other tow companies in Elk Grove, and they were either sketchy or an automated robot taking my call. I found Prime Time Tow on Yelp and he answered immediately. I had messed up my car and could not drive it back to Stockton safely. Jesse gave me the best rate and arrived quickly. He made me feel at ease and the drive home was less stressful because of it. 10000/10 highly recommend.
We ended up needing a tow twice in one day (rough day!), and both times Jesse came to help us out. He was super friendly, VERY quick, and made the whole situation way less stressful. We’re really grateful for him going above and beyond—thank you, Jesse!
This towing company is absolutely amazing! I dealt with the owner Jesse directly and he is very professional and when it came to communication his response time was awesome. He showed up when he said he would be here, he charged me the price he said he would charge me, plus he has a nice flat bed which is my preference for having vehicles towed so that was a nice bonus. I would gladly use his towing services again with pleasure. I was able to book a two way tow for one of my vehicles with ease and Prime Time Tow & Transport had great prices. I greatly appreciate my entire experience that I had with this company it is so difficult to find hard-working people that are honest these days and for that I will always be a loyal Customer to Prime Time. If you need a tow give Jesse a call you won’t regret it!
