Hubby and I had the tea for two. We arrived early for our reservation and we were seated promptly. The tea pots with the heated burners were fabulous! We did not have to bother our server as we enjoyed an entire pot of tea. Plus, we took a cup of tea home. I’ve been to the Windsor Court and the English Tea Room. By far, this was my favorite tea establishment. Kudos to all the servers as they were busy, but service was spot on!
Went for a work lunch. Absolutely fantastic!!!! Service was slow, but they looked short handed. Waitress never wavered her precious spirit even though she was slammed. I had the California sandwhich and fries, coworkers had salads and SW rolls. Everything was delicious. I would like to recommend more sugar free options especially for cold teas, but no complaints here. Highly recommended 👌
This place is such a delight! We always love coming here for the high tea. Everything is well prepared and there are so many different teas to choose from. If you’re not sure which tea to get, they will bring a sample to smell which was very helpful. Personal favorite of is the English toffee milk tea. The atmosphere of this place is peaceful. If you have a smaller group, getting a booth feels especially private with how the tea house is laid out. We’ve always enjoyed coming here, but yesterday’s Sunday visit was especially superb with our server Angeles. She made our most recent visit the best ever and made great recommendations for new things for our group to try!
We had the afternoon tea for two and the crab flatbread. The decor was super cute. The food and the service was excellent! I will definitely be coming back. The only note I have is that the crab flatbread could have been made with real crab and not imitation (especially since we're in the New Orleans area). The overall experience was amazing. I can't wait to go back!
I have been twice once during the soft open and once after the grand opening and both experiences blew me away. The service is outstanding, the tea and snacks were great quality and the ambiance is top tier. This is a great place to celebrate a special event, a birthday or anniversary. We will definitely be back. Compliments to our server, I can’t remember her name but she had a twin I think ? :)
