I had a great experience at Prince Tires this season when I bought my winter tires. The staff at this tire shop were polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful both on the phone and in person. Although I came in for a set I saw online, they recommended a better fit for my vehicle and explained everything clearly. The installation was quick, and the waiting area was comfortable. I also returned today with a flat tire and was helped immediately as a drop-in. They fixed the flat quickly and even did it at no charge, which was truly above and beyond. I’m extremely happy with the service and highly recommend this shop for excellent customer care and budget-friendly prices.
