Terrible Customer Service My experience with Prithi Daswani CPA PL was extremely disappointing. During a phone call, I was met with poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude. I was told that if I did not add a specific service they were pushing, then I “wouldn’t be a good fit” as a client. Rather than listening to my needs or offering options, the conversation felt dismissive and sales-driven. I did not feel respected or valued as a potential client. Based on this interaction alone, I would not recommend this firm.

Prithi Daswani and her team are 100% deserving and more of their 5-star average. I am a new business owner who joined this year and am blown away by the effectiveness and the work they accomplish each week. Prithi and her team are amazing. Think of Sherlock Holmes, but instead of solving crimes they solve your tax problems. My wife and I own a local Orlando business, and we came to Prithi with several tax issues. The IRS was harassing us, and within a month Prithi's team had our taxes sorted (and found us returns too!) When I first met Prithi I was worried about a long, drawn out process to get started working on our taxes. However, Prithi is a direct professional who cares about her clients. She cut to the chase and helped us get started immediately. We brought our business tax information to Prithi ranging back 3 years. Her team started attacking the problem the same day we met, and I never had to wonder if Prithi was working on the project, nor did I question her professionalism. We worked with several CPAs in the past, and it got to a point where I needed to focus on our business and not trying to talk to the IRS about taxes. I can't recommend Prithi and her team more. We are so impressed with her team that we are going to be working with her on a monthly basis to help keep our business taxes in line throughout the year. Her team is an investment for our business, and her wealth of knowledge is amazing and we look forward to working with Prithi moving forward. Thanks Prithi!
