Yuka is an amazing tutor who is incredibly kind, patient and helpful! Her lessons are tailored exactly for your own Japanese learning goals and your personal learning style as well. She's capable of teaching across all levels, from beginner Japanese all the way through to advanced and fluent. I've been made to feel so welcome each session, as she's been supporting me tremendously as I prepare for the NAATI Certified Translator exam and the JLPT N2. (You'll even have some study buddies of her adorable cats, and a warm cup of tea while you study!) Yuka is truly amazing, so if you're looking for a friendly tutor to help guide you in your Japanaese language learning journey, I could not recommend Yuka enough! :-)
Yuka is an amazing teacher and has gone above and beyond in her language lessons to help my 15 year old prepare for a study year abroad. Her language skills are exceptional and she has tailored her lessons to include preparations for cultural expectations. The hour travel each way is well worth it and we could not recommend Yuka highly enough. She builds a wonderful connection with her students and my daughter looks forward to each lesson and leaves beaming. We can't wait to continue lessons with Yuka for SACE preparations on return to Australia!
We cannot recommend Yuka highly enough as a Japanese tutor. Our eight-year-old son was struggling at school—his confidence was taking a hit, and his natural curiosity and love for learning weren’t being nurtured in the way he needed. Yuka is such an excellent tutor. She can tailor your lessons to your own level and pace. She speaks excellent English, which helps a lot, and she's so fun to talk to that every lesson is a blast. がんばってみなさん！！
Yuka is a great Japanese tutor. Very friendly and patient. She tailors every class to you and your level. She can work with complete beginners all the way up to advanced Japanese speakers. Yuka also has a high level of proficiency in English and talks like a native speaker, which makes learning Japanese from her very easy and enjoyable.
