I'm so happy I go here for physical therapy. Alex, Sara, and the whole staff is amazing. They are so encouraging and patient. I also really like that they have extended hours into the evening. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs PT.
All of the therapists are caring professionals who work the patients toward improvement while being cautious not to cause pain or stress. They are always cheery and show they really love their jobs and helping people get stronger and more pain free. They are also very good at explaining what each activity does in rebuilding strength and motion.
I have kept moving and enjoying life because of Taya and the team. Whether it's a chronic pain that flares up, or more recently, a knee replacement, I have received excellent care. Knowing what is happening physically and how to deal with it keeps me moving. That keeps my spirits up! Thank you for your professional, relaxed support!
This review is not one of those spam reviews that tend to be the norm anymore. In the year and a half I have not been asked, begged, or offered any discount to leave this review. The five stars is solely based on them earning it. This place is truly amazing. Rachel, Taya, Sarah and everybody else is phenomenal. I have been going off and on for a year and a half due to several issues. They have always been amazing. They always work with scheduling issues I may have and issues that may arise. Taya especially is a great manager. Last year there was a mistake that was made. Instead of being a “typical” medical type place and telling me it’s my problem even though I didn’t make the mistake, Taya took care of it. No argument, no pleading my case. Just I’m sorry I will take care of it. As long as these ladies are here, this will be the only place I come for PT.
These ladies (& their entire crew) made my rotator cuff recovery tolerable and I am so grateful for the great care they provided. Their knowledge throughout every stage of the long, and sometimes frustrating rehab, was paramount to my success, even when I got benched, ha! The next time I need PT - these are my people!!
