David Nguyen at Proline Door Service was fantastic. My garage door completely failed, and he came out quickly. When he realized the garage was my only way in and out, he took care of the repair right away. Everything was fixed professionally in just over two hours. I highly recommend him.
Exceptional work. I wanted a new single garage door to match the old custom double door in the garage next to it. David came over, measured and gave me a very reasonable quote. New door has now been installed and it is a great match with the existing one. It is also super smooth and quiet and the new controller is very nice! Proline offers excellent service and promptly resolved our garage door issue. One day, when I was about to go out, the garage door just lifted up a bit, and then the door opener gave error warning and kept flashing the light. After examining the door, I realized the coil spring was broken. I called Proline, and David quickly picked up the call, and able to arrange an appointment on the day. His craftsmanship was meticulous, and he carefully tested the door to make sure the door was well balanced.
Dave is a true professional. My old 1/2 HP opener of 13 years was approaching the end of its useful life. I reached out to several businesses on Yelp and Dave was the first to respond. We discussed upgrading my opener to a modern 3/4 HP unit as my solid wood garage door weighs 600 lbs. Dave was meticulous and clean and did an expert install of the opener. At this point it became clear that we also needed all new springs, a torsion bar and rollers. Some of those parts needed to be special ordered but Dave was back within a few days to finish out his awesome work. I essentially have an entirely new system that should last for many years.
