I love what he did i didnt catch his name, but he wears glasses. I went in for my wedding nails and like I said I absolutely love them. He kept asking questions to make sure that what he was doing what is what I was wanting and even said if u dont like this option we can do it the other way. Very friendly!!!!
I am always very pleased with my nails and pedicure when I go to pro nails. Sandy is great.

Update to the response: I did not come in with any attitude! I specifically asked for a soak off and your employee did not explain anything to me! I had to keep asking for the file to not be used and to have my nails buffed afterwards. At no point in time did I even raise my voice let alone cuss! You're making up a lie to make it seem as if you did anything right. The TRUTH is you provided an extremely low quality service with very poor communication. I wanted to remove my simple gel polish. The work speaks for itself. I would love for you to post a video showing how I was "yelling" and "cussing". I paid the $8 because I respect workers but you didn't deserve a dime. Look at the photos! That's the work that was provided! As I said I paid for y'all to damage my nails. No accountability from you that's fine. But flat out lying is disturbing. I came in and asked for a simple soak off of my gel polish. Instead of telling me they weren't going to soak my nails they instead immediately went for the drill. I pulled my hands away and told them I don't want a drill on my nails, I don't want my nails to be thinned from drilling/filing. They insisted they needed to at least file my nails, and that soaking would take too long. I told them I don't want my nails damaged. They insisted filing would not damage my nails and they could buff my nails after. LOOK AT THE DAMAGE TO MY NAILS! they didn't even get all the polish off! After they "BUFFED" my nails they asked if I wanted lotion. At this point I'm so frustrated with trying to communicate with these people I just asked to pay and leave. I paid $8 for my natural nails to be damaged.
Went there for prom nails. Asked for almond nails. The man was very rough and distracted with a basketball game on the tv rather than my nails, applied my nails sloppily, slanted and shaped poorly. Went back to get them fixed they claimed it was an “easy fix” but did not fix the color and the shape of the nails was worse than before. Would not recommend or go back, genuinely wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and enjoy the nails but it was a complete waste of money.
