From the minute, you walk through the door you are met with 100% professionalism. Dr. Lo was more interested in giving me the education to feel comfortable and safe and at no point was there a sales pitch nor did I feel like I was talked into anything. Dr. Lo’s assistant Is also extremely amazing and educated! I highly recommend.
Dr. Janet Ip is consistently wonderful. I've been coming to get my routine botox injections with her for many years. She always takes a moment to check in and make sure I’m comfortable. Her technique is gentle, precise, and focused on natural results (my biggest fear), which I really appreciate. Every appointment is quick, easy, and she's fun to talk to. I always leave feeling refreshed and well cared for. Highly recommend.
I had the most incredible experience with Dr. Lo and the team at Project Skin recently. This was for my first dermal filler appt and I LOVE my results! Dr. Lo was so sweet and he took his time to ensure everything was perfect. I can tell he's an artist with facial rejuvenation and balanced my face to restore volume loss. I am thrilled! Thank you Dr. Lo and team, I'll be back for more treatments!
I can’t thank Dr. Lo and his team enough! He completely refreshed my look. My under-eye area is smooth and bright now, and the contour he created in my cheeks and chin is exactly what I wanted. He has an amazing eye for balance and definition. His assistants and himself made me feel at ease throughout the entire process, and answered all my questions. Dr Lo is very thorough with his work and easy to talk to. Thanks again !
It was my first time coming to project skin at the Granville location. The ground floor sells skin care products and the second floor is where the actual clinic. I had facial booked with Alexandra and she was so knowledgeble honest and provided me a custom plan that was cheaper than the treatment I booked. After the treatment I can see the glow and improvements of my skin condition already. I highly recommend it!
