I’ve been very impressed with the Prolex. My company had known for years that we would benefit from a stronger social media presence but doing it in house just wasn’t working. It works with Prolex. We pay a monthly bill and get a social media presence we are proud of. Their team comes up with the content shoot plan for our review, we request adjustments if we want, they come to the job site and film the videos, prompt us with questions and get what they need. They do the editing and posting. They even handle the replies on the different platforms. Every quarter they present what’s worked and what’s driven results to our website, leads etc. I was hesitant at the cost at first but it’s worked well. We are essentially getting TV commercials but designed for the social media realm. I would recommend them.

I turned to Prolex based on a recommendation from someone in my network, and I'm SO happy with our decision to go with them. Our project was to capture our 8th annual event with the Dufresne Foundation's Charity, Dream Big. When I first met with Alex, I came to him with 2 challenges. I need a fresh perspective on a story told many times, and I only have 3 weeks window to turn around the project. I was impressed by the willingness to take on the project and the creative examples he shared only after hearing about our brand and values in a 30-minute intro meeting. Throughout the whole process, the team continued to bring great ideas. At our site visit, Jordan provided feedback on the set-up, which transformed the experience for our guests live at the event and every shot viewed after.
