I brought in a custom built PC that would not power on. After three days I was told the technician could not determine the cause of the failure despite testing, and no diagnosis was identified. I was then offered the option to have the PC looked at by a third party which I declined. I requested my computer back and a refund, but was refused because a “diagnostic” had been performed, even though the stated outcome was that they did not know what was wrong. I was charged $80 for a still broken computer and no explanation of the issue. Ultimately, I paid for a service that did not produce a diagnosis, a repair, or actionable information.

Had a great experience at promac!! Everyone was super nice and accommodating. They dont make you pay for unnecessary repairs and are fair and reasonable with pricing!! Definitely recommend them to anyone having computer issues!!!

Vernon was exceptionally professional and courteous. He really knows his stuff! I purchased a refurbished laptop from ProMac and it works perfectly! While I was there, Vernon also helped me troubleshoot an issue that I was having with another laptop of mine. 10/10 Would highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service. I drove into town from hampton roads just to handle a few transactions with Amos. He quickly assessed what he could do to help via telephone which made me decide to drive an hour to get them to handle my dilemma… and when I walked in he had both of my Mac’s on the counter ready to get me fixed. He stayed until I’m got both computers squared away. And made sure I was comfortable with what he fixed and adjusted before I left. I would refer this place to anyone with apple products in need of repair or to purchase apple products. I’ll definitely be back. And I have already started spreading the word of my positive experience there. Thanks guys
