I was charged almost $3000 for five 45 minute physical therapy visits. We did little more than use stretch bands, a stepper, and have my knees wrapped. One of those wraps peeled off my knee within a few hours. Everything I was shown, for almost $3000, I could have looked up and learned from a Youtube video. I never saw the machines ever be cleaned before I used them, and I was diagnosed with Covid after 2 visits to physical therapy. The only place I had been, within 17 days of being diagnosed, was Promedica Total Rehab. I am confident that is where I picked up the virus. When I called to cancel a visit due to Covid, the woman who answered the phone laughed when I told her. Not an appropriate response. I am disappointed in the experience and shocked that I was billed almost $600 per 45 minute visit. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Just unbelievable.
I have been working with Jessica and Kyra and this facility and they are so amazing patient and caring I had PT in the past at other facilities but they don’t compare to these two ladies they are extremely helpful and i absolutely trust them with getting me back on track. I’d also like to shout out the ladies at the front desk who schedule the appointments they are always so nice and welcoming :)

Los fisioterapeutas de aquí están muy bien formados y son minuciosos. Son excelentes instructores y me hacen sentir confiado en su cuidado, especialmente Amy Jackson y "A.K.".
