Michael Ho has always been so helpful to me and is such a good guy I'm so glad that I signed up for pronto insurance a year ago, the last insurance place I went through was double the amount and the customer service was nothing like what I received now with pronto!

I want to start off by saying a HUGE thank you to Cristofer Lujano Onate which helped out my dad getting Insurance today. Cristofer was a huge help explaining the coverages and properly informing us. Glad to see they have a Spanish speaker helping out those that might not know or understand English. Thank you Pronto & Cristofer.
