Highly recommend D'Andre, he is an outstanding technician who is knowledgeable, communicative, polite, and professional. While I believe the company itself is excellent and worth the investment, I strongly suggest requesting D'Andre if possible. He listens carefully, clearly communicates his actions, and ensures you are taken seriously. After a few challenging experiences with other companies, Proof and D'Andre truly delivered.
DeAndre was exceptional!!. He was polite, knowledgeable and willing to listen. I was able to explain my situation and from there he communication very effectively what he would be doing in my home. When he was done he called me and discussed the treatment and his findings. I am very pleased with his professionalism and now I am very comfortable in my home.!! Thank you for making my day
D’Andre was great. He went over what he was going to do and when I had questions he answered them in detail and did additional work based on what I had told him. Super easy to work with and really seemed to enjoy his job!
Every time Todd Miller comes to my house he is prompt, clean, polite, proficient in his job, knowledgeable, and extremely professional! Not to mention, he’s a really nice man! Todd is usually my technician, but on the rare occasion it’s another person, there’s a noticeable difference!
Michael is the best. Always provides great service and great communication. Lets us know when he’s coming and sends photos of the service done.
