Ray and the property channel flooring team did an excellent job replacing all our carpet and vinyl with wood flooring. After a few tries Ray was able to find an amazing looking floor that was exactly what we wanted. The floor was delivered on the right day to start installation a week later. Max and Reyes (the installers) were great too. They arrived early and worked long hours every day, it was impressive to see how much they got done each day. They also left the house clean and tidy enough at the end of the day, so we could stay in the house during the construction. They did 3 floors and 51steps in under 2 weeks. Overall it was great working with this company.
Ray and his staff provided excellent service replacing our very old carpet, hauled the old one away and put in new one in a very timely fashion. Also they helped us with refinishing our hardwood floor in the dining room and guest room, looks as good as new now! Their price is competitive as well. Highly recommend!
After much research(friends and internet), we found Ray! He is a great salesman and lives upto his promise of delivering high quality service at an indeed reasonable rate(compared to the market). Every penny's worth is his service and the workmanship provided by his men. He found the match to my existing 10yr old hardwood floors, very reasonable price and competitive even to Lowes & Floor Decor. Wrapped up the work in less than 4 days including removing carpets, delivering the materials for acclimatation . Highly recommend!
Property Channel Flooring recently completed a project for one of our commercial clients. Their office was located in Bay Area, where they removed the existing flooring and installed LVP flooring. The results were outstanding and our client is extremely satisfied, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Even more impressive, the project was completed ahead of schedule, which exceeded our expectations. Ray and his team were professional, responsive, and organized from start to finish. Their pricing was also very competitive, which is always appreciated in commercial projects. We contacted Property Channel Flooring for a quote to have the floors in two rooms sanded and refinished. We found their quote to be reasonable and decided to have them do the work. Ray was good to work with, and the crew that did the work was efficient and got the job done beautifully and in very good time. Highly recommended.
