I was hopeful and skeptical at the same time that my sciatica (old age LOL) and bicep problem (from an auto accident) would be much improved BUT I was proved wrong. It did take more than the standard # of sessions that a PCP would approve but my PT asked for another tranche of sessions and it did the trick. Beyond that, the folks at this center were very professional and seemed invested in their clients’ road to recovery. I was assigned mostly to Yesenia and she was just wonderful to work with as well as her associates who were helping her.
My experience here was amazing. In all I was with Pro PT for about 6 weeks, and with that time I saw my pain levels decreased significantly and my mobility and strength increased dramatically. Everyone was incredibly supportive and friendly, and after being with them for only a couple of weeks, it felt like a little mini family environment. Overall, I would rate this an amazing experience and I’m grateful for the chance to improve myself with them!
Should’ve done this review months ago when I received help from Pro-Pt. My assigned PT was PI’I, she’s such a sweetheart and always pushed me to thrive. I recently celebrated my 1 yr since my kidney donation. I suffered from flank pain and lower adnominal pain from surgery. All of staff made me feel comfortable and pushed me to get back to myself. I always appreciated the different challenges PI’I would assign me, it helped motivate me to do better every time I came in. Til this day I still continue to do the exercises my PT provided me and my pain has gone away thankfully. I want to thank all of staff for helping me through my journey!
Our 9-year-old daughter came to this physical therapy center after a traumatic broken ankle, and we are beyond grateful for the care she received. Pi’i, her primary physical therapist, was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and so encouraging throughout the entire process. She created a recovery plan that was both effective and motivating, helping our daughter regain strength and confidence step by step. Collin and the rest of the staff were equally wonderful, always stepping in with support, positivity, and kindness. Everyone made her feel comfortable and celebrated her progress along the way, which made a huge difference in her healing journey. Thanks to this incredible team, our daughter is back on her feet and thriving. We can’t recommend this center highly enough!
As A Veteran, I've Been Referred Out To Different Physical Therapy Facilities Over The Years... Now, I Have Finally Found What I Am Certain To Be The Best One! I Came In Fresh After A Right Knee Replacement And, Unfortunately, With A Side-Effect Of Sciatica. The Amazing Therapists At PRO-PT (North) Have Worked Wonders! Such A Well Trained Staff Of Professionals. Friendly, Kind, With So Many Helpful Tips For After Care. Their Entire System... Up To And Including Therapy Videos Through An App Portal Will Get You Back To Yourself In No Time. Such A Great Team, All Of Them, One And Each! I Was Blessed To Work With A Different Team Member Each Day. If There Is Anymore Physical Therapy In My Future... This Is The Place I'll Return To! Great Job Team!!! Thank You For Exceeding The Standards!
