I had an excellent experience last year with Michaela with Prosource. She helped me choose new flooring and new kitchen tile backsplash. The whole journey with her during my unexpected remodel job (our house had flooded and we had to move out of our house) was great. Prosource got our material to us on time when it was needed.
I had a wonderful experience at Pro Source ! The selection they have is outstanding. The customer service is superb. Saul S Cortez is my designated sales person. Wow - he really helped me, tiles that work well together, what works best on the wall, surround for a standalone tub, what tiles not to put on the shower floor. My experience has been wonderful. My next step is to choose my grout color. Looking forward to meeting Saul again and finalizing my choices. Saul exudes professionalism patients, and gives me confidence for my decision decisions.

Working with Prosource and Teri Ehrhart was such a dream. She’s helped us with three homes now, this recent one by far the most intensive which required 15 tile selections, schluter, grout, mortar, and carpet! Teri helped us with finding alternate selections when selections were beyond our time frame and also triple checked all of our math for quantities. She kept us well informed on order status and helped find installers at the last minute as well. We love working with Teri. It's evident she knows her products well, we have found her industry material knowledge to be exceptional.
