Highly recommend Prossimo! We had a fantastic experience. Grayson was a great server. The food was so good! We got the chicken parm, shrimp cakes, and table side Alfredo. They treated us with yummy dessert for our anniversary, which added to the experience!
Having dined here for the first time, I am now wondering why I waited so long. The highlights of my experience included the cheese wheel prepared at our table, the impressive selection of drinks and appetizers and entrees, all of which exceeded my expectations. I am excited to add this restaurant to our date night rotation.
Loved the atmosphere, appreciated the white tablecloths, comfortable seating, the changing of silverware after each course and the classy decor. Our server, Becky, went out of her way to explain the items on the menu and made some great suggestions. She was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable, a great asset to the restaurant. The complimentary breads with the whipped butter, garlic spread and tampanade was delicious. We tried not to fill up on this but the spreads were so good, it was hard not to. I had the ceasar salad, which was devine. The lettuce hearts were super crunchy and the dressing was out of this world and topped with the most delicious parm cheese. The bolognese with papardelle pasta was my main course and it was delicious. I added the side of mushrooms and it was a full bowl of different kinds of mushrooms sautéed in butter, yum. Looking forward to leftovers for lunch! The crème brûlée for desert, highly recommend! If I’m ever in Tulsa again? I’m coming back here and then will try the Alfredo which they prepare in the huge Parmesan table side! Highly recommend this restaurant!

While it’s undeniably a high end restaurant, the quality and quantity of the food make the price feel more than fair. Our server, Allen, was outstanding. He was both knowledgeable and attentive, offering thoughtful drink pairings for each course and explaining how each selection would enhance the flavors of the meal. His guidance transformed what could have been a series of individual dishes into a cohesive culinary journey(like chapters in a well written story). He anticipated our needs seamlessly and with subtlety, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the dining experience without interruption. The atmosphere struck the perfect balance of elegance and simplicity. It complemented the food beautifully without overshadowing it elevated yet refreshingly unpretentious. If you’ve ever wondered whether a fine dining restaurant can live up to the hype, I can confidently say this one does. It’s more than just a meal; it’s an experience.
This was my first time here and I’m extremely impressed! I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, but this place was amazing! I’ve never been the biggest fan of the Italian restaurants in Tulsa, but dining here it felt like I was having Italian in NYC! Both the food and cocktails were outstanding, with incredible attention to detail. The waitstaff was professional, attentive, and really elevated the whole experience. I wish I remembered my waiter’s name because he was phenomenal, knowledgeable, personable, and clearly dedicated to creating a tailored experience for each table. I really had the best experience dining here thank you!
