My first time using Prototype after we switched over to them and it was great service during a stressful time. We came into work and the internet was out, they immediately started to diagnose the issue and our help support service tech, Blu, was very friendly and helpful. They explored the issued and found a solution quickly and got us back up and running and then later in the day not just 1 but 2 people followed up to ensure the issue was resolved.
