PSI @ 150 Executive Park Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94134 Good testing center overall! The signal for T-Mobile isn’t very strong, but the place is clean and organized. The staff are young, not too friendly, but professional. There’s a parking lot, though it can take a little time to find an open spot. Check-in was easy — the staff guided me through the process and made everything smooth. Plenty of seats in the waiting area, and two desks available to assist test takers. The restroom is located in the center of the building. The PSI testing rooms are on the second floor, quiet enough to concentrate during the exam. There’s also a cafeteria on the second floor, which is convenient if you want to grab a bite before or after your test.

I have no complaints regarding the San Francisco PSI location or PSI staff. But on February 21st, 2025, when I hit save following a 3.5 hour exam, the entire PSI network crashed. (This crash was office-wide and affected administrative staff's computers also) . I received no credit to retake the exam from PSI or the California State agency responsible for administrating the $800 exam. I was disappointed with both organization's response. After taking this extremely rigorous exam, and experiencing such a system failure, I am now extremely distrustful of PSI and their facilities. I will be retaking the exam soon at a separate location and am hopeful that they have worked out the bugs in their system. Wouldn't it be a good idea for PSI and the State of California to audit this failure to ensure other licensees do not face this same problem in the future? I have reported it directly to these two agencies, but not the California Department of Consumer Affairs which is is the supervising agency.
