I have been working remotely with Robert since May 2025 (it is now December). His approach is realistic and focused on health and wellness. He asks the right questions to ensure he can tailor the workouts to my needs (including past injuries I've had and how to strengthen those areas to prevent future issues). I've made steady, realistic progress (roughly a pound per week lost give or take). Highly recommend Robert to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, realistic personal trainer!
I've been training at PT in the D for a little over a year now, and I can't say enough great things about the experience. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. Each one has shared real, practical insights in every session that have made a huge difference in my fitness journey. I've been a client of Robert's since 2017 and since 2020, we've been doing largely virtual workouts. There's such a nuance to the workouts that Robert puts together for me - it not only increases my strength, but also helps me maintain movement, flexibility and balance. He really meets you where you are, and cares about his clients true well-being. Robert also creates a community with outings and fun challenges for his clients. I've been doing virtual group workouts with Robert since 2020. It's been one of the few consistent forms of exercise I've been able to keep up throughout various ups and downs of the last few years. Robert has been an amazing trainer, tailoring my workouts to respond to various phases--injuries, pregnancy/postpartum, etc. I've also really appreciated the fun challenges PT in the D offers.
