Pughs handled my son's wedding and rehearsal dinner. The flowers were impeccable and every detail was taken care of. The designers came up with such beautiful arrangements. I can't speak more highly of the sales team, design team and the set up team. Everything was perfection.
Ronda was our designer for a floral arrangement for an employee of ours and his wife that had their baby. I ordered a dinosaur stuffy as well that they were out of but Ronda called me with 2 other choices and sent photos for me to look at and pick from that were so cute to replace it with. She also took the time to send me a photo of the whole order. The flowers, balloon and ram stuffy were beautiful. Will definitely use them again.

Rhonda just made the perfect arrangement for one of our beloved team members who recently passed away. it looks exactly like the picture and we are so happy with the way it came out. Thank you soooo much Rhonda!!!!
I made an order with Susan that had to be changed because the patient had moved locations during the process of getting the order which was no fault of the florist. Susan immediately took care of canceling the order with one of their florist, reordering it from another Pugh’s location closer to the area the patient had been moved to and still got it delivered in a timely fashion. It was exactly what I’d requested, the family member was loved it, I was happy and the staff of Pugh’s did everything to accommodate my request without hesitation. That is superior customer service and quality. Thank you for everything! I will always call Pugh’s for my floral needs. Jennifer Kilgore
